“Amazing Family Stay in Niseko ”
Our family had an unforgettable stay at this hotel in Niseko! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist (Coco) went above and beyond, offering free pick-up and drop-off in the Kutchan area, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality made our trip even more special.
The highlight of our stay was the private onsen in our room—a perfect way to relax after a day in the snow. The onsen was clean, well-maintained, and provided a truly authentic Japanese experience.
The hotel itself was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything our family needed.
If you’re looking for a family-friendly stay in Niseko with top-notch service and the luxury of a private onsen, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return!.

“Ski In Ski Out Onsen Heaven in Niseko”
We had an excellent stay at The Vale and particularly loved the 3-bedroom penthouse options with generous dining areas so that we could enjoy all the best food in Niseko. The in-room and public onsens made apres-ski time so enjoyable and The Luxe Nomad team made sure that we arrived from the airport smoothly and took care of everything we needed.

One of the best locations for skiing in Hirafu, so easy to take the Ace Family Quad to access the Ace Gondola. Excellent service from all staff. Comfortable stylish rooms, with an onsen, pool and restaurant all boxes ticked.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Niseko! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel is perfect for families, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made our trip even more special. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional service by Lisa, Monique & Polly (the concierge team) and Coco (the duty manager). The team went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed, making our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. A special highlight was their complimentary drop-off service to Kobo Niseko, which made exploring the area so convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for families looking for a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes. The on-site amenities added to the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind. We truly appreciate the kindness and effort of the staff, and without a doubt, we will be back on our next visit to Niseko. The location and the facilities. It was such a well appointed hotel. Being able to rent your equipment and ski in and out of the hotel to the ski lifts was fantastic. Equally being able to ski in and put your gear into a dry room locker and have an onsen and sauna after a hard day on the slopes was so relaxing.. Rooms were great. Concierge and front desk staff were so very helpful and friendly.

The Vale was the best place to stay for the week I chose to be there, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful mainly Coco and Marco who was always there for any of the questions we had and to help us with anything ! Good to mention Louis as well that was really helpful and nice with us during the shuffle from the hotel to the train connection that we almost missed So overall very good place with very good staff. Really nice onsen and a real ski in hotel. Once again thank you, for making this holiday a little better!

The Vale is an awesome hotel to stay - close to the ski lift with a rental shop next to it, a really hot onsen - perfect for relaxing after a ski day and very kind staff. Thank you, Coco & Marco for the great service. Thanks to you, it was possible to extend our stay smoothly. We are very happy about this extension and will come back for sure. The Vale Niseko Concierge Team, Lisa, Monique & Polly, helped me with great recommendations for ski lessons suited to my goals and ability and dinner spots. The reception team helped me with ski hire recommendations, lift passes and suggestions for runs to try.
