“Exceptional Service from Start to Finish”
Had an amazing stay at The Vale Niseko — Everything felt seamless from start to finish, and the atmosphere really made it easy to relax after a long day on the slopes. A special thank you to Benji Elias, who went the extra mile with thoughtful recommendations and made the whole experience feel incredibly warm and welcoming. It’s the little touches that make a big difference, and Benji truly made my stay memorable.

The real gems of The Vale Niseko are the amazing staff who welcomed us warmly from pick up to check-in/check-out. We would personally like to thank Benji & Charlie who fetched us after our turbulent flight to Chitose.
We were very pleased to personally meet GM Mirko who welcomed us warmly to The Vale Niseko.
Thank you Caitlyn~you are such a Wonder Woman with our luggage!
Thank you Belle & James at front desk and especially Rory who was always ready to help us with our shopping bags!
A huge special mention of appreciation to Charles who arranged our smoothest check-in and even accompanied us personally to our beautiful suite!
We had an amazing stay at The Vale; clean, well-equipped suites with our private onsen, great wi-fi and scenic sunrise views of Mt Yotei! We can’t ask for more!

“Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Service!”
Amazing experience staying here. The hotel is in such a convenient spot right in the heart of Niseko, with easy access to lifts, restaurants, and everything else. The facilities were fantastic — especially loved the onsen and the outdoor pool with the snowy surroundings. Huge shoutout to Jasmyn, who made our stay extra special. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. Service like that really makes a difference.

“Great location and really helpful staff.”
My family stayed at The Vale Niseko and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect for ski in and ski out. The rooms were clean and staff were really helpful, Jazmine was great! A highlight for our family was the big teddy bear in the lobby 🧸. The staff changed its position every day. Our kids would run down each morning to see how it had moved. It’s such a fun thoughtful touch that really made our stay memorable for them. Thank you to the team again!

“Perfect ski-in/ski-out location”
Absolutely loved our stay at The Vale Niseko! Perfect ski-in/ski-out location right at the Ace Family Quad lift, spacious and stylish apartments with amazing mountain views, fantastic onsen, heated pool, and great dining at the Vale Bar & Grill. A special thank you to Cara—she was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and made everything so easy from bookings to recommendations. Her service really stood out and made our trip even better. Highly recommend The Vale—5 stars all the way! Can’t wait to return.
