The Vale Niseko construction is well underway with the basement concrete works now complete. These archive images were taken at the start of August during groundworks.

Niseko is making a name in European marketing right now.

First, in December 2007 Mazda UK named an edition of their MX-5 car the ”Niseko” (ironically a convertible);
“…to celebrate its continuing status as ‘Britain’s favourite sports car brand’ this winter, Mazda is introducing a air of special edition ‘Niseko’ models, named after Japan’s most prestigious skiing resort…” source

Niseko was blessed with its first solid fall in the village this season. Just as the snow fell, buyer interest from Hong Kong was reawakended in Niseko’s alpine lifestyle.

Nisade was in Hong Kong this week assessing the pre season market for both rentals and sales.

With the snow falling in Niseko today, it was encouraging to see a strong interest in Hong Kong with over twenty five people attending the Nisade property auction this evening. The successful auction entailed products from both Above + Beyond (high end destination resort), The Vale Niseko and The Setsumon.
