Five sales in two days.

Just recently relaunched, the ski in ski out properties in The Vale Niseko are selling quickly. We are seeing interest from both overseas and in-house guests who have stayed and bought on the spot.

Nisade views this buyer splurge as confirmation of the rarity of quality, luxury, ski in ski out properties in Asia. Buyers are purchasing not only because of location but also due to amenity.
