The long lunch recently held in Hong Kong was an enormous success with $100,000 going to the charity Hope For Children.

Nisade auctioned one of it’s ski-in ski-out apartments with amounts over the reserve going to charity. The success of this auction underscores Niseko as Asia’s hottest ski destination - and with another 20cm powder dump last night the season has no end in sight!

Hope For Children is an international non-sectarian organization specializing in helping children who are orphaned,  poor and exploited.

Nisade is auctioning off it’s one remaining top floor apartment.

This is a difficult equation for many a Niseko investor.

From the outset, houses appear better value for money - privacy, land, space for the family. However, scrutinize ski-in ski-out apartments and it may well be a different story.

Features. New apartments in Niseko have a better array of amenities and features at hand. For example front desks (nothing better than service on your doorstep).

Convenience. Large houses in the lower village for families work well until – weather gets bad, kids start to gripe, bus is late, your friends are staying elsewhere.

Social. Skiing holidays are all about the friends & family – we can attest as some of our whole apartment floors have been rented out during Chinese New Year – something not available to house owners.

Quality of product. Most high end Hirafu apartments use world renown Interior Designers, Project Architects, Consulting Architects, Project Managers and Builders.
